Service & Subscription Policy

1. Overview

Vertex Marketing provides AI automation services through subscription-based packages (Standard, Premium, and Enterprise).
By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Our goal is to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performance automation systems while maintaining transparency and fairness for both parties.


2. Subscription Term & Commitment

All automation packages require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

This minimum period is necessary to:

  • Properly design and deploy automation workflows

  • Optimize performance based on real usage

  • Ensure stable and measurable results

Cancellations are not permitted during the first 3 months of service.


3. Cancellation Policy

After the initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel your subscription under the following conditions:

  • A written cancellation request must be submitted at least 15 days before your next billing date

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email or official support channel

  • Late requests may result in an additional billing cycle

Once the cancellation is confirmed:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

  • No further charges will be applied after that period


4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom automation services:

  • All setup fees are non-refundable

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started

  • Partial refunds are not provided for unused time or services

This policy exists because significant technical work, configuration, and infrastructure costs are incurred upfront.


5. Service Modifications & Upgrades

Clients may request:

  • Package upgrades at any time

  • Additional automation workflows or integrations

Upgrades may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated and approved before implementation.

Downgrades may only be applied after the minimum 3-month term and follow the same 15-day notice rule.


6. Service Suspension

Vertex Marketing reserves the right to suspend services if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Services are used for illegal, unethical, or abusive purposes

  • Actions compromise system security or platform stability

Clients will be notified before any suspension whenever possible.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate access credentials and required information

  • Responding to setup or optimization requests in a timely manner

  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations related to data, privacy, and communication

Delays caused by missing client input may affect timelines and performance outcomes.


8. Data & Confidentiality

All client data, integrations, and automation logic are handled with strict confidentiality.

We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties except where required to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.


9. Policy Updates

Vertex Marketing may update this policy from time to time to reflect:

  • Service improvements

  • Legal or regulatory changes

  • Operational adjustments

Any changes will be published on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
